Charlotte Gailor
My name is Charlotte, I graduated from St Georges of London university in 2014 and have been working in private practice ever since, working in clinics across Surrey, Berkshire and most recently Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
I have a keen interest and expertise in treating Musculoskeletal injuries and problems. With a particular interest in treating knee conditions after working closely alongside Knee and other orthopaedic surgeons.
I take pride in using a patient centred approach to working with people, ensuring you feel heard and leaving the end of a session with some knowledge and feeling at ease.
Outside of physiotherapy, sport and exercise play a huge part in my life, I am Captain of a local Ladies Hockey team and frequently take part in long distance triathlons and running.
My aim is to get you back on the road to recovery as quickly as possible!
Tornike Beradze
My name is Tornike and I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2020 and completed my Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Salford University in 2021.
My passion lies in helping individuals achieve their goals, whether it’s returning to daily activities or excelling in sports.
I have had the privilege of working across various sectors, from the private healthcare system to the NHS, and have gained valuable experience as a military physiotherapist. My work with football teams has further honed my expertise in sports injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

My name is Tristan and I’ve been involved in the fitness, exercise and therapy field now for over 8 years. I have a true passion for Physiotherapy and believe in offering my clients the full holistic service, working with them from the point of injury and returning them back to their daily activities and sporting events.
I’m a fully qualified and Chartered Physiotherapist and my qualifications include a MSc in Physiotherapy, a BSc in Sport Science and Personal training and a Level 3 Personal Training certification.
Currently a physiotherapist in the public and private sector, I understand that every patient is different and that everybody requires a different approach to gain the best results possible. I firmly believe that keeping up to date with the latest research in Physiotherapy has made me a better clinician. My assessment and treatment techniques are always guided by the evidence base and I take pride in being an evidence-based therapist.
I firmly believe physiotherapy should be a personable experience, and that is reflected in my approach and clinic, ensuring clients are as comfortable as possible during treatment.
