Frequently Asked Questions-

Neck pain relief therapy focuses on reducing pain, improving mobility, and strengthening the neck muscles through tailored physiotherapy techniques. It is designed to address both the symptoms and underlying causes of your discomfort.

Common neck pain symptoms include:

  • Stiffness and restricted movement
  • Sharp or persistent pain in the neck and shoulders
  • Headaches caused by neck tension
  • Numbness or tingling in the arms
  • Muscle tightness and spasms

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, professional intervention can help alleviate discomfort and prevent further issues.

We treat a variety of health conditions, including painful joints, backs, necks, sports injuries, and rehabilitation after surgery or strokes to name but a few.

During your first appointment, your physiotherapist will likely ask you questions about your condition, including how long you’ve had it, how it affects you, and what makes it better or worse. They may also assess your posture, movements, and limbs.

Booking your appointment is easy! You can contact us via phone, email, or through our website. Our friendly team will help you find a convenient time for your visit.

You should wear loose-fitting clothing and footwear to your appointment. You may need to remove or move clothing to allow your physiotherapist to access the area they’re treating.

You should bring relevant medical reports, scan or x-ray reports, and any supports or braces you use. You may also want to bring a relative if your memory is reduced.

Depending on your injury/condition our physiotherapist will decide on a best course of treatment with you, of which follow ups can be recommended at your discretion. Insured patients may have pre-agreed authorisations for the number of sessions provided.
