Tristan and the team at Phoenix Physio are absolute legends. As a keen sportsman I am very active so injuries come with the territory. Being able to not just manage the injuries but nulify them so I can play/run pain free is an absolute god send and absolutely priceless.

These guys rock! Have seen them for a few injuries now, along with other aches and pains and they've never failed me, fixing my issues every time without fail.

I'm a runner and struggle with calf and achilles issues in both legs but predominantly my left which restricts my run frequency and distance significantly. Phoenix Physio have been an amazing help, identifying the cause of the issue, applying a clear recovery plan...and within a short space of time I can now run whenevber I want for a slong as I want! 🙂 Suffice to say, I would highly recommend Phoenix Physio.

Phoenix Physio are awesome. I've been struggling with lower back pain for what feels like an age, and tried all sorts of different things to sort it. I just wish I found these guys sooner, because after only a month of treatment my back pain has pretty much gone and I'm feeling stronger than ever.
